Hi, I'm Amy,

I'm a nutritionist who is on a mission to help men & women that are lost in a continual cycle of "yo-yo" dieting, have created bad eating habits or have a negative relationship towards food. 
 
My mission is to help anyone who wants to lose weight, body fat, gain muscle or just feel stronger & healthier. But by doing this in the right way for 'their' body - not based on the BS toxic diet culture or countless "quick fix" diets that are everywhere.
 
I want to teach and give you the knowledge so that you change the way you see & think about food. To give you the confidence to know what your body needs & create a positive mindset towards food.
